Employee Training

As part of our gradual return to campus we are requiring all returning CCSF employees to complete a brief training prior to returning. Please note, Phase 1 is described in the following manner.  The College is beginning to plan a Return to Campus for some functional areas.  We will not progress into Phase 1 until we are ready to do so (e.g., sufficient inventory of PPEs, physical space is sufficient for the number of employees returning).  

Reminder: Employees who are currently able to work remotely will continue to do so.

Phase I City College Return to Campus

The College will adhere to all County Health guidelines in planning for a return to campus for students and employees.  We will not require employees to return to campus unless we can do so in compliance with the recommended guidelines; e.g., ensure social distancing can occur, provide for PPEs for employees, disinfect common areas, etc.

The College will begin a  gradual return to campus ONLY for employees whose jobs cannot be done remotely.  A gradual return to campus will start with training for all employees and identifying COVID19 “safety monitors” for each work area.

We will work with employees who are unable to return to campus due to their own health reasons or because they are caretakers for at-risk family members.

Many employees who are able to work remotely, will continue to work remotely until further notice.
