Administrative Unit Outcomes Assessment Team

Goal: Support and refine staff AUO activities, including professional development, dialogue, evidence gathering, and reporting.

Meetings: This team initially formed in fall 2014. Since fall 2015, Chancellor Lamb assumed leadership for directing admin's approach to AUOs. Discussions occur during administrator/management meetings, with directions provided as part of the annual administrative performance evaluation process.

Current Process

The AUO process was revamped in 2015-16 with the goal of facilitating greater alignment with College Priorities developed by the Board of Trustees and increased accountability through direct connection to individual evaluations. See administrative performance evaluation materials for more details.
