Administrative Unit Outcomes Assessment Team
Goal: Support and refine staff AUO activities, including
professional development, dialogue, evidence gathering, and
Meetings: This team initially formed in fall 2014. Since fall
2015, Chancellor Lamb assumed leadership for directing admin's
approach to AUOs. Discussions occur during administrator/management
meetings, with directions provided as part of the annual
administrative performance evaluation process.
The AUO process was revamped in 2015-16 with the goal of facilitating
greater alignment with College Priorities developed by the Board of
Trustees and increased accountability through direct connection to
