Board Notice Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Community College District City College of San Francisco, June 23, 2011.

 B1 Adoption of Tentative Annual 2011-2012 Budget (Preliminary Budget).
B1a Amendment to Tentative Annual 2011-2012 Budget

B2 Authorization to contract with the firm of Perry-Smith, LLP, for District's annual Audit Services for FY 2011, FY2012 and FY2013, at a cost not to exceed $176,000 for FY2011,$176,000 for FY 2012, and $182,000 for FY 2013; and to provide special auditing services as required by the District on a per fee basis.
B3 Authorization for twelve (12) new construction contracts that are no more than $15,000 and new construction related services contracts that are not more than $60,000. Contracts not subject to the formal bidding requirements of the Public Contract Code.
B4a Authorization for two (2) contract modifications totaling $70,701 for Special Services Cotnracts and Cosntruction Contracts.
B4b Authorization for one (1) contract modifications totaling $66,500 for Special Services Contracts and Construction Contracts.
B5 Authorization be hereby given to contract with KA Group, DBA Guerilla Cafe to lease space in the Multi-Use Building for a period of 5 years with one 5 year option to renew, to operate a cafe featuring organic foods, to serve the needs of the college community.
B6 Authorization be hereby given to contract with InterScola and PEroperty Room.com for a period of 1 year with two 1-year options to renew,to catalog, advertise and auction the District's salvage and surplus items, at no upfront cost to the college.
B7 Authorization to approve Contracts and Contract Modification.
