If you're CCSF faculty, staff, or student empoyees, you can make a one-time or recurring donation through a payroll deduction by filling out the Donation Deduction Authorization Form and submit to Payroll Office, 33 Gough Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.
NOTE: If you wish to change or cancel an existing payroll deduction, use this same process.
You can use payroll deductions to donate directly to a particular program or department. However, you have to enter the fund number and department in lieu of the code listed in the above document. Contact the department chairs or refer to their websites to get the correct fund #s.
