PREREQ.:Placement in ESL 140 or 150 or 160 or completion of ESL 130 or higher
ESL students do intensive work on academic skills and strategies in the areas of listening in mainstream classroom lectures, reading a variety of text types in different academic content areas, and note-taking and test-taking. This course is especially designed for students who already possess time-management and native-language academic skills.
