After successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Outcome 1: Analyze the career development stages of youth and young adults.
- Outcome 2: Identify the social pressures, cultural stereotypes, and psychological blocks to youth career awareness, exploration, and development
- Outcome 3: Compare and contrast a coaching model to a counseling process.
- Outcome 4: Apply a 5-step model to career coaching sessions
