A comprehensive examination of the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, clubs, and the travel and tourism sectors. Emphasis on organizational structures, departments, job classifications, and career paths within each sector. Lecture and discussions are enhanced by industry guest speakers and industry visits.
