Teaches specific skills to effectively deal with customers and clients in a variety of different situations. For the front-line employee who is the first point of contact with customers.

- Outcome 1: Identify and apply the basics of quality customer service
- Outcome 2: Explain the customer service expression, ""The customer is always right""
- Outcome 3: Demonstrate proper telephone procedures
