3. Balboa Reservoir Development - Public Meetings June 10 and June 15

The City of San Francisco has set aside the Balboa Reservoir site, which is adjacent to the intersection of Ocean and Lee, for a mixed-income housing development. Three development teams were selected through a Request for Qualification process and will present their conceptual proposals at public meetings. Community feedback will inform which team is selected as the City’s development partner for this project.

Members of the community can also watch the presentations, view the proposals, and submit comments online here.
