1. CCSF wins BIG at local speech tournament: The Forensics Team competed in a final novice only tournament this past Saturday, and every CCSF student in attendance won an award! Also, our own Robert Hawkins won the annual Northern California award for best new coach while Zachery Herrera (State Champion in duo and dramatic interpretation) won the top Community College Oral Interpretation speaker award. Don't forget that our final showcase of the semester will take place this Wednesday in VA 115 from 3-4:30pm. Also, the Forensics Team will host a middle school Speech Tournament this Saturday (5/10) on the Ocean campus.

        Silver – Erin Mclaughlin & James Nishimura, Parliamentary Debate
        Silver – Fred Ellison & Katelyn Balison, Parliamentary Debate
        Third – Kenneth Herndon, Program Oral Interpretation
        Second – Matt Pating, Parliamentary Speaker Award
        Third – James Nishimura, Parliamentary Speaker Award
