Mission Campus is one of the seven principal locations of City College of San Francisco. Students may enroll directly at the CCSF Mission Campus, and students enrolled at any other CCSF campus may take classes at the Mission Campus.

The CCSF Mission Campus offers:

  *
 a full English as a Second Language (ESL) Program, including credit and non-credit classes in reading, writing, listening, and pronunciation.

  *
 a range of literacy classes, including Spanish Language Literacy and ESL Literacy. The literacy classes are primarily designed for students who have had limited (up to the 5th grade), or no formal education or for students who have limited ability to write in their native language. Literacy classes are available in English or in Spanish.

  *
 a full range of Citizenship courses taught in English and bilingually in Spanish/English classes.

  *
 a wide range of courses in Office Technology (OT) including Business English, Medical/Dental Reception, Accounting, and a number of computer courses including introductory classes for ESL students, keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications and beyond, using both PC and Macintosh platforms.

  *
 an intensive Graphic Arts Printing Program with job placement virtually guaranteed upon completion.

  *
a comprehensive Transitional Studies Program with classes, tutorial facilities and a drop-in learning center leading to the GED diploma. This is the only place in Northern California where GED classes are offered in Spanish.

  *
 In addition, the CCSF Mission Campus is home for the office of the Older Adult Program which administers a host of classes for seniors offered throughout the city of San Francisco.

  *

 Finally, the CCSF Mission Campus is also the home for the nationally recognized Science Workshop. Originally founded by CCSF math and science faculty together with volunteers from San Francisco's Exploratorium, it offers after-school activities to youngsters in order to promote community interest in science.
