What will I learn in this program?

The Cinema Department is equipped to fulfill a wide range of professional goals. Students can attain an AS Degree in Cinema Production. Classes emphasize hands-on training and portfolio production with state-of-the-art equipment that includes HD cameras as well as celluloid-based film cameras, professional lights, and digital editing labs. Award-winning faculty are connected to the local film industry.

Does this program have any special enrollment requirements?

Completion (with a C or higher) of IDST 120 – Computer Skills for Multimedia, or BEMA 119 – Digital Media Skills, or demonstration of exit skills in either course.
 
Does this program have any special costs? 

All equipment is provided. In some production courses, students will be required to pay for film processing, or tape stock.
