What is the overall department process?

How are individual classes and disciplines within the department conducting assessment?

Any meetings held regularly? If so, what's the point of the meetings? How often do they meet? 

What are some of the assessment tools you're using? 

How will their effectiveness be assessed?

What is the timeline for a) creating a closed-loop assessment process for each course (where at least one SLO goes through the entire process) and b) getting through all the SLOs.?

How are program SLOs assessed?

How are GE SLOs mapped to courses?
