B1 Renewal of major maintenance service activity for Technology Division at a total cost not to exceed $376,000 for fiscal year 2011-2012
B2 Authorization to establish a new and separate bank account at Union Bank                  
B2a Authorization to contract with the law firm of Orrick, Herington& sutcliffe, LLP, to provie legal services to the District in preparation for submitting a final parcel tax ballot measure to the San Francisco Department of Elections by August 12, 2011, for possible placement on the November 8, 2011 ballot, in an amount not to exceed $15,000
B3 Authorization for two (2) new construction related service contracts that are no more than $60,000. Contracts not subject to the formal bidding requirements of the Public Contract Code.
