NOTE: To take this workshop, you need to do some paperwork!

• You must fill out the paper form, "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES - REQUEST FOR COMPUTER ACCOUNT"
• The form is available from: the Help Desk [Batmale 310], the Faculty/Staff Lab [Batmale 313], OR the Tech Support person at your campus.
• This form must be returned to ITS (see address on form) three weeks before the training date. You will receive login information approx. one to two weeks after the form arrives at ITS. Bring this with you to the training!
• Check the workshop schedule for the application deadline for the session which interests you.

Skills needed to create a website using the CCSF template and Contribute. Please check all that apply to you:

Good Basic Computer Literacy . (See the skills you need.)

The ability to create folders to organize files on your computer and in GroupWise.

The willingness to spend time updating the site for each semester. (Time varies according to needs of the instructor.)

I agree to update my faculty instructional site each semester. If I decide I no longer wish to use my site, I will contact the TLC to have my site removed. I understand that if I do not update my site for six months, the link to the site may be removed from the faculty directory.
