Get Your Classlists
(2 Ways! Read more to choose the one for you.)

• Classlists from the Scheduling Office [Instructions- MSWord format] will allow you to retrieve:
  
  • student email accounts,
  • student numbers,
  • and a fast way to make a class email group.
  • This method works best when obtaining classlists for use in WebCT.
• WEB4 -Your classlists generated in WEB4. Detailed instructions and video tutorial (click on the "Show Me" button).
  Choose:
  • "Summary Class List" for student names and numbers.
  • Choose "All Class List Download" for an Excel spreadsheet containing many options including student email addresses (does NOT provide student numbers).

Drop Students via WEB4 (Online)

• Use these instructions to drop students during the first two weeks of class.

iTunesU at CCSF

• Get an account to upload your podcasts to iTunesU. Fill out the online form. Be sure to download the instructions to upload your podcast. (9 pages, pdf)
• To learn how to make a podcast. take the podcasting course through @ONE or through the CCSF BEMA Dept. Check the course schedule.

• Merlot - Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching - Peer- reviewed collections of web-based resources for many disciplines.

• NanoHUB.org - "The nanoHUB is a web-based initiative spearheaded by the NSF-funded Network for Computational Nanotechnology (NCN). The NCN has a vision to pioneer the development of nanotechnology from science to manufacturing through innovative theory, exploratory simulation, and novel cyberinfrastructure." NanoHUB.org offers online simulations, learning modules, and other resources.

• MIT Open Courseware - "a free and open educational resource for faculty, students, and self-learners around the world."

• Online Archive of California - "A core component of the California Digital Library, the OAC is a digital information resource that facilitates and provides access to materials such as manuscripts, photographs, and works of art held in libraries, museums, archives, and other institutions across California."
