Assessment processes span both departments.
Specific assessment processes for the Veteran's Center include mid-semester and end-of-semester surveys to student employees. Data are gathered and reviewed throughout the academic year with final decisions on such things as office improvements and training happen at the end of the academic year. This process is ongoing and continuous over every academic year.
Counseling student get a pre- and post-visit survey. Counselors meet periodically throughout the semester to review these data and propose changes as necessary. Improvements are implemented as needed throughout the semester. This process is ongoing and continous for each semester.
Data, review, improvements, and plans for both of the above program areas are summarized and documented online as well as in the yearly program review.
