A state-funded program, EOPS provides services to eligible EOPS students who are in good standing with the program. Services include EOPS counseling, priority registration, orientation to college, book services, transfer workshops, and CSU and UC transfer application fee waivers. EOPS coordinates its resources with other CCSF departments and programs to enhance student success.
In addition, eligible EOPS students may participate in the
Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) - an EOPS program
that provides additional counseling, food card services, educational
grants (dependent upon available funding), and workshops. Please see
Agencies Resources for Education section for specific
eligibility criteria and further information. Students must first be
eligible and admitted into EOPS to qualify for CARE.
