The Office of Outreach & Recruitment follows the CCSF assessment process as documented on the Outcomes Assessment Reporting website.
Through college-wide consultation and collaboration, connect all CCSF outreach initiatives in order to expand, improve, and promote greater access for prospective students.
Our programs are on a regular cycle of review, during which outcomes are updated and revised. Program Outcomes are mapped to ILOs as shown below:
- As a result of participation in outreach services (Campus tour program, customer service interactions at information centers and/or FRISCO Day) new students will have an improved perception of CCSF students and staff. (ILO IV.1. Personal and Career Development: Identify and develop helpful resources and opportunities).
- As a result of participating in a large-scale event (FRISCO Day), incoming students from San Francisco Unified School District will demonstrate increased knowledge in financial aid, how to register for classes and CCSF resources. (ILO IV.1. Personal and Career Development: Identify and develop helpful resources and opportunities).
