The Office of Outreach & Recruitment outcomes-assessment process is documented and described below. For more details, view the rest of our department website.
Through college-wide consultation and collaboration, connect all CCSF outreach initiatives in order to expand, improve, and promote greater access for prospective students.
- As a result of participation in the Campus tour Program, prospective students will demonstrate knowledge of how to apply to CCSF; an understanding of that community college is the most affordable option between the college systems; and an increased understanding of the programs and services offered at CCSF.
- As a result of participation in outreach services (Campus tour program, customer service interactions at information centers and/or FRISCO Day) new students will have an improved perception of CCSF students and staff.
- As a result of participating in a large-scale event (FRISCO Day), incoming students from San Francisco Unified School District will demonstrate increased knowledge in financial aid, how to register for classes and CCSF resources.
These program areas are on a regular cycle of review, during which outcomes are updated and revised. See service area details below, with links to outcomes and timeline for advancing to next stage of assessment.
