Financial Aid Office – SLO Assessment Process

Our workshop outcomes are assessed through student surveys that are distributed before and after each Financial Literacy Workshop. Outcomes are developed through discussion amongst the Department staff and Faculty. They are refined periodically through similar consultation during outcomes-assessment specific meetings.

Assessment data is gathered throughout the semester reviewed and analyzed. Any plans for revisions or service changes based on the data is discussed and implemented with a time schedule. Assessments are ongoing each semester. The cycle is continuous. Details of the data and analysis are maintained in the Financial Aid, Academic Office. Summaries are provided each semester online and also included in the annual program review reporting
