Library Services

Students, staff, and faculty may borrow circulating materials from the CCSF Library with a current CCSF ID card. Other borrowing services include renewing materials and requesting items that are checked out or at other center libraries.

Computers and Wireless

All CCSF libraries have computers for use by currently registered students with a valid CCSF ID card. Wireless access is available in most of our libraries after registering devices with the CCSF wireless network.

Copying, Faxing, and Printing

Black and white photocopying and printing is available at all CCSF libraries. Color printing is available at most libraries. Rosenberg Library offers a color photocopier and fax service. For costs and other details, click more.

The CCSF libraries offer exhibitions on a wide variety of educational and community topics. These are created by educators, students, staff, artists, and others. Visit our Exhibitions Blog for details about current and past exhibitions.

Programs featuring authors, artists, community activists, and others are offered throughout the spring and fall semester. Many programs are linked to Heritage events for various peoples, literary events, and educational programs.

Study Areas

Each CCSF library has desks and tables for individual study. Most libraries have group study rooms that may be reserved online.

Faculty Services

This page describes borrowing privileges and other library services for faculty and staff.  Details about research skills instruction that faculty may arrange for their students are provided as well.

Accessibility Services

Patrons registered with the Disabled Students Programs and Services department have access to designated computers and equipment in the libraries, and may request help with retrieving materials and other library needs.

Lost and Found

Contact a library Circulation Desk for items found in the library. For campus-wide lost-and-found items, contact the CCSF Department of Public Safety at 415-239-3200.
