Providing multi-tiered coverage to the entire CCSF community!
The Customer Support group provides multi-tiered technology
support to all 13 CCSF campus/centers. Our college is divided into two
major regions: Gough and Ocean. Each region contains a Regional
Service Support Center, which supports multiple Satellite Service
Support Offices which in turn support campuses. The Information
Technology Services (ITS) staff located at these Centers and Offices
provide customer service for their respective service areas, and when
needed, they jump in to help out at the other CCSF Offices and
Centers. They will provide technical support remotely or on location
beyond that which can be provided by the Service Desk.
Gough Regional Service Support Center
- Supports the Downtown Campus Satellite Service Support Office which in turn supports the Civic Center Campus.
Ocean Regional Service Support Center
- Supports the Mission Campus Satellite Service Support Office which in turn supports the Castro Campus, Evans Campus, and the Southeast Campus.
- Supports the Airport site.
