The Technical Services Unit provides client facing services and is made up of following units:
- Help Desk: Your one-stop destination for all CCSF technology-related items. Call, e-mail, or create work orders - we're here to help.
- Customer Support: Technology related service and support at your desk.
- Specialized Services: Where items that can't be fixed at your desk go, as well as department specific technology needs.
- Lab Management: Leadership and support to ensure the smooth lab operations.
