FALL 2014 HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Expanded wireless network (WiFi) coverage to include 70% of CCSF classrooms, working toward 100% by the end of 2014-2015.
  • Virtualized server environment expanded to reduce configuration time and operating expenses.
  • Established Central Help Desk (CHD) through Ellucian for 24x7x365 ITS support for staff, faculty, and students.
  • Modernized firewall infrastructure to improve information security.
