Description: The Strategic Priorities and Major Objectives (incorporated into this document and approved as indicated below) are being reviewed by the Board's Institutional Effectiveness Committee. We are simultaneously asking for their feedback--and your feedback--on the draft "front matter" which we have verbally described throughout this process; the front matter includes pages 2-7 and 14-15. In late August through mid September, a final shared governance review will focus on the front matter as well as any substantive changes to the Strategic Priorities and Major Objectives. By the end of September or early October, we anticipate the full Strategic Plan will be ready for final Board review and approval.
