How to sign up for PE or Dance Classes

Step 1:    If you have registered in the last year, go to step 2. Otherwise go to ccsfapply.com for direct access to the application form. You can also start at www.ccsf.edu and click on the “Online Application” button. On the next screen click on “Credit Admission”. Click on which category applies to you. Then hit “online admissions.” Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Begin Application to City College”.  Ignore the requirement for placement and counseling unless you intend to transfer to a four year college. Choose the correct application form and complete. You will receive a CCSF student ID in a few days. Once you have your ID proceed to step 2. If this is confusing or you have trouble with this step proceed to step 3.

 

Step: 2    Log on to www.ccsf.edu and click on “Register for Classes (Web 4)”. Enter your student ID. Your first time the password is your birthday, XXXXXX. Click on “Student Services & Financial Aid& EOPS.” Click on “Registration” and then “Add/Drop Class”. Any time after your assigned appointment time you can add classes. Choose the upcoming term. Enter the CRN of the classes desired. Look under “Class Schedule” on the CCSF Home Page to find CRN numbers. To register or add classes after school begins, or if this step is confusing, go to Step 3.

 

Step 3     Once school begins you can still add classes during the first 2 ½ weeks. Just attend class and the instructor will explain and help you with the procedure. Any problems with registration or adding classes? Just come to the first class.
