Library Resources for Distance Learners

If you have a question about library services or need help with a school assignment you can contact the library by calling, emailing, chatting (instant messaging), and visting in-person.  Visit the Ask a Librarian page for more information.

DSPS and Distance Learners

No qualified individual with a disability shall be denied on the basis of that disability, the benefits of, be excluded from participation in or otherwise be subject to discrimination under any City College of San Francisco programs, services or activities, subject to applicable law.

Students who need academic accommodations should request them from Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS) located in the Rosenberg Library Room 323. Telephone: 415.452.5481 (V), 415.452.5451 (TTY). DSPS is responsible for verifying and assessing disability-related need for academic accommodations and for planning accommodations in cooperation with students and instructors as needed and consistent with course requirements.

Financial Aid for Distance Learners


Financial Aid accepts paperwork from distance learning students who live more than 90 miles from City College of San Francisco. Please contact them at (415) 239-3576 or visit the Financial Aid Office website.

The Financial Aid Office is located at 50 Phelan Avenue, Cloud 324, San Francisco, CA 94112.  The office is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 - 4:30 PM, Fridays from 9:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M., telephone (415) 239-3576.  More detail about office hours and how to contact the financial aid team.
