Procedure for Student Concerns
The Office of Student Affairs & Wellness is responsible for making sure that there is a fair and equitable process in place to advocate for students as well as receive and process grievances.
If you have a concern or complaint about a distance learning class
(online or telecourse), please contact the Office
of Student Affairs & Wellness.
The Office of Student Affairs & Wellness is committed to ensuring that students are treated equitably in their dealings with CCSF. They are dedicated to educating students about their rights, responsibilities and rules of student conduct. They assist students in their resolution of concerns and conflicts arising from students and CCSF faculty.
