Intermediate Ceramic Workshop
This workshop is for students that have some ceramics experience and is an opportunity to further explore a wide variety of techniques in creating ceramic work. The emphasis of the workshop is to learn more about sculptural language and form and apply it in your own work. It will dive into technical and artistic issues of relief sculpture, free standing sculpture, mixed media, monumental- and personal sculpture and will explore representational, abstract and conceptual forms of expressions. This workshop is both theoretical and practical in nature and participants will be expected to work independently and be self motivated.
