What will I learn in this program?

The Associate of Arts Degree in Graphic Design provides students with a strong foundation in the fundamental aspects of the designer’s art.  Students develop creativity and ideation skills, learn the elements of communication design and then apply this knowledge to a wide range of design problems.  The program has a unique hands-on approach, integrating conceptual design studies with traditional and digital tolls and production methods. Successful completion of this program prepares students for entry-level employment or transfer to a four year institution for further study.   This course of study is designed so that students may satisfy the requirements for graduation.
