Mural Project

The goals of the Diego Rivera Mural Project are to conserve and preserve the mural, expand the viewing audience, enhance the understanding of the mural, and develop educational programs about the mural.

Opening hours in October and November.

The mural is undergoing conservation in anticipation of its move to SFMOMA next year.  For safety of the public and the conservators, access will be greatly curtailed.
