Faculty Diversity Internships

diversity internship

In 2011 City College of San Francisco proudly celebrated the 20th anniversary of Faculty Diversity Internships in the District.

Faculty Diversity Internships were launched in 1991 to attract new faculty who would reflect the increasing diversity of the district's student body.  Faculty Diversity Internships seek to increase the diversity of instructional faculty at the college by assisting and identifying individuals who are interested in a career at the College.  Our programs allow interns the opportunity to gain valuable teaching skills and techniques appropriate for community college students.

We currently offer two programs: the Faculty Diversity Internship Program (active) and the Grow Your Own program (currently inactive).  Please see the menu bar for more information on each program.
