- What are
the graduation colors? Top

- Most students will graduate in a black cap and gown while
Nursing students graduate in white. Tassels and medallions are red and white. Honor chords
(if applicable) are gold. Order yours
today.
- What comes in the Graduation
package that I purchase? Top

- There are two different Graduation packages available for
purchase. Our Complete and Limited packages.

- Our Complete package includes the
following:
- 1 black cap & gown*
- 1 2008 red & white tassel
- 10 standard graduation announcements with return envelopes
- 10 envelope seals
- 1 CCSF medallion
- 1 alumni decal (presented with diploma cover at Ceremony)
- Information packet (contains important information regarding
the Ceremony)
- 5 tickets** (for your guests to attend Ceremony)
- Already have a black cap and gown or know somebody you can
borrow one from? Well then, our Limited package is perfect for you.

- Our Limited package includes the
following:
- 1 2008 red & white tassel
- 10 standard graduation announcements with return envelopes
- 10 envelope seals
- 1 CCSF medallion
- 1 alumni decal (presented with diploma cover at Ceremony)
- Information packet (contains important information regarding
the Ceremony)
- 5 tickets** (for your guests to attend Ceremony)

*Registered Nursing students graduate in white caps and gowns and are required to submit a
special version of this year's order form. Please check with Erin Cunningham in the
Nursing department to pick up your forms.

my cap and gown? Top

- Deadlines are as follows:

- $5 Late Fee applies
- Sizing NOT Guaranteed
- Orders not available for same day pick up |
Last day for package pick up is Friday, May
23, 2008 by 3:30 PM. Orders will not be mailed and absolutely no orders will be
available for pick up at the Ceremony.

- Do I have
to return my cap and gown? Top

- No, all of the items in your package are yours to keep.

- I already own a black
cap and gown; do I have to buy another? Top

- No. As long as your cap & gown matches fellow
graduates, black for most students or white for Nursing students, you may purchase the Limited Graduation package which does not
include the cap or gown.

- I am a Nursing student; what
color do we graduate in? Top

- CCSF Registered Nursing students graduate in a white cap and
gown, all all of the items in your package are yours to keep. Orders for these cap and
gown packages require a special order form which can be obtained from the Nursing
Department Coordinator or Erin Cunningham.
- When is
the Ceremony taking place? Top

- The Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 23, 2008.
- What time
does the Ceremony begin? Top

- The 2008 Graduation Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM;
doors open at 4:30 PM.
- Where is the Ceremony
being held? Is there parking available? Top

- The Ceremony is being held at the Nob Hill Masonic
Auditorium, located at 1111 California Street between Jones and Taylor Streets. Limited
paid parking is available in the adjoining garage.

- What time
does the Ceremony begin? Top

- The 2008 Graduation Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM.

- Do I or
my guests have to be there at a special time? Top

- Graduates - All graduates should arrive at
the Exhibit Hall no later than 4:30 PM, in their cap & gown, with their graduate
admission ticket (required for admission) in hand.
Guests - Doors open to friends and family at 4:30 PM. All guests
will need their general admission tickets (5 included in your package) for admission.

- Is there
a rehearsal for the ceremony? Top

- No. It is very important that you read the materials
enclosed in your Graduation package and arrive in your cap & gown by 4:30 PM.

- How long is the
Ceremony? Top

- The Ceremony is carefully planned to take approximately two
(2) hours.

- Will there be a
professional photographer at the Ceremony? Top

- Yes. Information on how to order photos will be distributed
in your Graduation package. Fill out the back of the name card (which will be
included in your package) if you would like to order photos (purchase not required).

- Can
my family bring flowers to the Ceremony? Can they take pictures? Top

- Families are welcome to bring flowers and take pictures at
the Ceremony; however, photographs must be taken from their seats. Guest are not allowed
in the aisles or in front of the stage to take pictures or videos.

- Will there be a
reception? Top

- There will not be a reception after the ceremony.

- I need more
than five (5) tickets for my family; how do I get extra? Top

- Sorry but supplies of extra tickets have
been exhausted. We apologize to anybody that wasn't able to request extra tickets but
sincerely hope everybody has a GREAT GRADUATION none the less.
