SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY

City College prohibits any staff or students from sexually harassing anyone else. Sexual harassment occurs when unwelcome sexual advances, unwanted sexual attention, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature is made. The College will thoroughly investigate all allegations and will pursue appropriate sanctions in proven cases of sexual harassment. You are encouraged to report such harassment to the District Affirmative Action Officer, 33 Gough Street, 241-2281. You may also seek advice from the Office of the Dean of Students, Conlan Hall, Room E106, 239-3145 or 239-3555. Students should become familiar with the sections pertaining to sexual harassment complaints in the Catalog with regard to the process to be followed or for more information about sexual harassment.
