Learn the basic rules and regulations for child abuse reporting and examine the definitions of child abuse, physical abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and exposure to domestic violence. Study your responsibilities to clients, responsibilities to colleagues, the Tarasoff Decision (Duty to warn); exceptions to client confidential privilege, professional boundaries versus personal boundaries, and custody issues.

NOTE: Edgewood charges $3 for lunch; email fcs-training@ccsf.edu at least 48 hours in advance to order lunch. Students are welcome to bring bag lunches if they are staying all day.
