The California Virtual Campus (CVC) is sponsoring a one year pilot project providing 24/7 WebCT Help Desk support for selected California Community Colleges. Phone, online tutorials and materials, online chat are some of the possibilities. If you are new to the WebCT Help Desk, you must first create an account.
