Multilingual Computing at CCSF

  • British Educational Communications and Technology Agency (Becta)
provides information sheets translating common IT terms and
computer-related phrases from English into other languages.

  • The CCSF Help Desk supports the Microsoft Office Suite for CCSF activities. Microsoft provides many tools for multilingual computing free of charge.  These handouts provide guidance for using some of these tools.
  • Remember, the Help Desk can only install the language support files.  Please do not call the Help Desk if you are not using these tools for official CCSF activities.  Some of these documents (pdf) require Acrobat Reader.
