City College of San Francisco Scholarship Information

NEW STUDENTS

TITLE:              The Eric Greenberg Scholarship
           
AMOUNT:         $2,000



REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be a San Francisco inner-city student of African American or
    Hispanic descent.

2. Be entering City College in Fall 2006 as a full-time student.
3. Be in good standing in the community, as verified by letters
    of recommendation.

4. Have financial need.
5. Have applied for Federal and State Financial Aid for the
    2006-2007 academic year.

6. Plan to earn an associate degree or transfer to a
    baccalaureate degree granting institution by Fall 2008

COMMENTS:    African American or Hispanic San Francisco high school seniors who will
                        be entering City College of San Francisco in Fall 2006 as full-time
                        students. This scholarship is renewable for a second year if the recipient
                        enrolls and completes 30 units at CCSF each academic year and
                        maintains a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
                                                                  
TO APPLY:       Applications are sent into all San Francisco high school and community
                        organizations that provide services to under-represented high school
                        students.  Requests for applications can be made directly to the CCSF
                        Scholarship Office, Batmale Hall 366, kgrant@ccsf.edu
