City College of San Francisco Scholarship Information

Continuing Students

TITLE:              California Community College Real Estate Endowment Fund
 
AMOUNT:         $500.



REQUIREMENTS:           
1. Be a real estate major, which is verified by Student
    Education Plan.

2. Completed at least one three unit college course in real
    estate with a grade of 2.0 or higher.

3. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher in all college work.
4. Be enrolled in and complete six units of real estate courses
    for each term awarded (general accounting, general
    economics and business law classes will be considered as
    real estate courses).

5. Priority will be given to low-income students based upon the
    FAFSA standards:

a. Students are determined to have a financial
    need after a review of their Free Application for
    Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form by the
    Financial Aid Office.

b. Students who are considered disadvantaged
    due to low economic status and/or have been
    denied opportunities in society due to gender,
    race, ethnicity, economics language,
    education, physical disabilities or other
    mitigating factors.

COMMENTS:    This scholarship is for students currently enrolled in the real estate
                        program at CCSF who are determined eligible for financial aid by the
                        Financial Assistance Office.  Personal statement will play a major role in
                        the applicant’s selection.
