Transferring Students

TITLE:              Billwiller Scholar Program

AMOUNT:         $12,000.



REQUIREMENTS:           
1. Award based on academic achievement.
2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at CCSF.
3. Be currently enrolled in a minimum of six units at CCSF.
4. Have completed a minimum of 56 transferable units, 24 of
    which ere completed at CCSF, by time of transfer.  Include
    transcripts from other colleges attended.

5. Be transferring to a baccalaureate institution in fall semester
    as a full-time junior transfer status at baccalaureate
    institution for the fall semester.

COMMENTS:    This scholarship is for CCSF student who is transferring to a
                        baccalaureate institution in the fall semester as a full-time junior to major
                        in computer and information science or humanities.  Humanities is defined
                        in the broad sense of the term and includes literature, broadcasting,
                        journalism, philosophy, study of language and culture, history, political
                        science, fine arts, music, social sciences , applied arts, architecture,
                        theater arts, film, photography and graphic arts.  Personal statement will
                        play a major role in the applicant’s selection.
