City College of San Francisco Scholarship Information

Continuing Students

TITLE:              John D. Andersen Memorial Endowed Scholarship

AMOUNT:         $300.



REQUIREMENTS:           
1. Be enrolled in a minimum of six units of credit or ten hours a
    week of noncredit instruction or the equivalent combination.

2. Have been determined to be disabled under Title 5 guidelines
    by CCSF's DSPS.

3. Current CCSF students are to have a minimum of 2.0
    cumulative GPA at CCSF, satisfactory completion of
    noncredit instruction or the equivalent combination.

4. First-time CCSF students are to submit high school
    transcripts or transcripts from previous colleges attended
    that verify a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.

5. Have financial need.
COMMENTS:    This scholarship is for CCSF students with verifiable disabilities.  Personal
                        statement will play a major role in the applicant’s selection.

                        Disabled Students Programs and Services Offices, Rosenberg Library 323
                        and John Adams Annex 154; or  Room 104 and DSPS High Tech Centers,
                        Batmale Hall 231.
