Continuing/Transferring Students

TITLE:              Phyllis Haley Memorial Scholarship

AMOUNT:         $ 100.



REQUIREMENTS:

1. Completed 24 units at CCSF with a cumulative GPA of 3.2
    or higher.
2. Be enrolled at least part-time at CCSF in a university parallel     or semi-professional program that leads to a degree or
    certificate.
3. Be continuing studies at CCSF in at least six units or
    transferring to a baccalaureate institution Fall 2006.

COMMENTS:    The award is based on financial need.  The Personal Statement will play a
                        major role in the applicant’s selection
