Continuing/Transferring Students

TITLE:               Lauren K. Bergin Scholarship

AMOUNT:          $ 500.



REQUIREMENTS:

                    1.  Be currently enrolled in a minimum of 12 units at CCSF.
                    2.  Have completed 24 units at CCSF with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
                    3.  Plan to continue education toward a career in physical education,
                        recreation or health services (i.e., Health Care Technology or Health
                        Science)

COMMENTS:    The award is disbursed in two semester installments after verification
                        of continuing enrollment at CCSF or a baccalaureate institution.and
                        is based on financial need. The Personal Statement will play a major
                        role in the applicant’s selection
