• Dan Allen Scholarship for lesbians, gay men or bisexuals who will have
completed 18 units of college study by the end of the semester during which
application is made.
• Tibetan Scholarship for students of Tibetan descent
• Edwards Family Biology Department Book Award for students enrolled in a
biology class
• Phillip Brown Scholarship for broadcast electronic media arts students
• Open Door Education Foundation for computer and information science students
who have completed 24 units at an accredited college
• John D. Andersen Scholarship for students determined disabled under Title 5
guidelines
• Bruce Hannah Scholarship for students enrolled in English 35A or 35B
• Edward Kloster Scholarship for students enrolled in English K or English 9
• Lili Cooper and Eric Moeller Scholarship for students enrolled in a German
course.
• Tim Wolfred Scholarship for students enrolled in a Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and
Transgender Studies course.
• Labor Studies Grants for students enrolled in Political Science 5 or 10.
• John Huebner Scholarship for students enrolled in noncredit English classes at
the John Adams campus.
Offered in Spring Semester only:
• CCSF Foundation Endowed Community Scholarship and the Eric Greenberg
Scholarship for under-represented San Francisco graduating high school students.
• Pacific Bell Stepping Stone Endowed Scholarships for students without housing
• Asian Coalition Scholarship for credit and noncredit Asian and Asian Pacific
Islander students
• Council on Black American Affairs Scholarship for credit or noncredit African
American students
• John Whitney Scholarship for ceramic art students
• Pen Women's Scholarship for women 35 years-of-age or older enrolled in a
visual arts class, a creative writing class or a music theory or composition
class.
• Sik Kwai Tam Scholarship for students enrolled in Business 135
• Academy of American Poets Prize for students who have written the best single
poem
• Women's Studies Award for students enrolled in a women's studies class.
Offered in the Fall Semester only:
• John Adams Student Council GED Scholarship for John Adams students who have
taken the GED Examination
• Ann Basuino Fine Arts Scholarship for art students working in representational
objective imagery
• Eric Greenberg Scholarship
• M-Three Scholarship for re-entry students 36 years-of-age or older in a
computer and information science class.
