  • Provide Library system training
  • Provide all Library system troubleshooting, maintenance (hardware and software), and support
  • Create customized Library system reports and notices
  • Coordinate inventory of Library materials

  • Provide for all Library/LRC & Campus computer hardware and software:
    • Technical support
    • Installation and configuration
    • Maintenance and upgrade
    • Inventory
  • Order, maintain and distribute computer related supplies (i.e. diskettes, Zip disks, CDs, and toner)

  • Assistance with software and hardware
