Eight departments comprise the ITS Department. Doug Re is the ITS Director.

HelpDesk  Desktop  Networking Operations Programming Administrative Support ETO  TMI  TLC  

Help Desk - First contact when faculty and staff encounter problems using computers in campus offices or need passwords reset. The Help Desk may be reached at (415) 239-3711, the Help Desk web site or email them directly at helpdesk@ccsf.org . The Help Desk Staff:

Networking and Communication - Responsible for networking connections among computers on the CCSF campuses and providing internet access to them. This division also manages and troubleshoots the CCSF phone systems. Networking Staff:

Desktop- The desktop division manages CCSF desktop computers and software, and provides technical support for faculty and staff. This division installs CCSF-approved software applications to on-campus desktops and enact various e-mail and other internet-related accounts. Desktop Staff:

Operations - This division is responsible for producing and processing various reports, lists, and forms, including census lists, midterm and final grade report forms, teacher evaluation forms, add code forms, and labels. Operations staff:

Programming - This division provides programming support for software applications purchased by CCSF, ensuring that each application works properly in the given environment and with the database at hand. Programming division also maintains and upgrades Banner. Programming Staff:

Educational Technology Office (ETO)- The ETO supports the use of technology for teaching and learning. ETO develops college-wide guidelines and standards regarding educational technology, and oversees and implements the Education Technology Plan. The ETO includes: Technology Learning Center, Technology-Mediated Instruction / Distance Learning.

Technology-Mediated Instruction / Distance Learning (TMI) - Provides technical and administrative support to City College of San Francisco faculty using technology in teaching and learning. The TMI Staff:
