Tutorial Office Extended Hours

Effective September 23, 2009 the EOPS Tutorial Office will observe the following extended office hours:

Monday: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 12 p.m. - 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

 

EOPS Offers semester-long, One-on-One weekly tutorial assistance every semester. Applications for tutoring are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis in person. If scheduled tutoring is inconvenient, Drop-In tutoring is offered as well.

The EOPS Tutorial Office is located in EOPS, Room #116.

EOPS students are encouraged to apply at the beginning of the semester. Tutoring subjects include accounting, biology, composition, chemistry, economics, math, physics, statistics and more. Tutoring is held in the Learning Assistance Center, Rosenberg Library, Room 207.

The tutorial program is staffed by a part-time coordinator, Ms. Mabel Michelucci, a few student office assistants, and tutors. The tutorial office is expanding, and needs Math and Composition tutors. Interested students are encouraged to come by the office.
