Bellydance has been enjoyed at festive occasions and in the home by men, women, and children.  Bellydance strengthens the core muscles that promote good posture and a healthy back.  The essential moves of bellydance will develop this entire area - abdomen, lower back, and hips.  This dance form will also increase flexibility and overall muscular control as well as providing you with proper posture and grace – and empowering you with self-confidence.  This class is great for any dance level, any age, or any body type!    Each class will begin with a warm-up and end with a cool-down.  Articulate breakdown of each step will be followed by demonstration, repetition and practice with music.
