will this program do for me?
The hospitality program prepares students for successful entry into
the hospitality industry. This hands-on program provides experience
in the areas of vegetable preparation, soups and sauces, baking, ala
carte cooking, garde mange, hors d'oeuvres and buffet preparation.

Entry-level cook/chef positions.

What
are the requirements for certification?
Admission requirements include reading at the 8th grade level, good
communications skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A total of 1080
class hours are required. Please refer to Program Curriculum.
How
much money can I expect to spend?
There is no cost for tuition, however a materials fee is required.
