This course of study is designed to give students a thorough and well-balanced training in buying flowers, the art of arranging and selling them to the public, and in operating a retail flower shop.

What are the requirements for receiving a degree?
Requirements for the degree are to complete the core courses, including Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Floral Design, Flower and Foliage ID, Interior Plant ID, Flower Shop Operations, Intro to Flower Arranging, Work Experience and Intro to Accounting and Marketing. Students may choose to specialize in: Retail Shop Operations, European Floral Design, Interior Plant Design and Maintenance, Ikebana and Floral Marketing.
